Liam has extensive experience in a number of Blue Chip Multinationals (Apple, Intel, Bay Networks, Nortel & Bookham). He was president and COO of Bookham Technology from 2003 – 2005, Vice President of Bay Networks, Europe from 1997 –1998 and Site General Manager of Intel’s ESSM Business in Leixlip from 1994 – 1997. Liam has more than 20 years experience in Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Mergers and Acquisitions in Ireland and internationally (Europe, North America and Asia). Liam was appointed to the Board of Sicon Limited as Executive Chairman of Trading, Manufacturing and Investments in 2005 and appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2008.

Ger Penny
Group Finance Director
Ger joined Sicon Limited as Group Finance Director in May 2005. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in Dublin in 1989 and subsequently worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in its Hong Kong office until 1994 when he joined Guinness Ireland (now Diageo Ireland). Ger spent over eleven years with Diageo and held a number of senior roles in Ireland and the UK. He was Finance Director of Diageo Northern Ireland based in Belfast from 2001 to 2003 before being appointed Finance Director for R & A Bailey in Dublin in January 2004.

Donal O'Connor
Group HR Director
Donal joined Sicon Ltd as Group HR Director in November 2008, having previously worked for a number of Multinational companies, where he held various senior management positions in manufacturing, operations, logistics and HR.
In 1995 Donal joined Waterford Foods Plc as HR Director in their Consumer Foods Business and in 1997 following the merger with Avonmore Plc, he was appointed HR Director for the combined consumer business. In 2000 he joined the Board of Unilever Irl. where he held the roles of both HR and Logistics Director during his 8 years there.

Tom Costello
MD - John Sisk & Son Ltd Ireland
Tom Costello was appointed Managing Director of John Sisk & Son Ltd in 1999. Sisk is the largest construction company in Ireland with turnover in 2007 of €1.2bn. Currently involved in the new stadium at Lansdowne Road; the National Conference Centre, Theatre and Commercial Development at Grand Canal Square in Dublin; Limerick Tunnel and major road projects on N8 and N9.
Tom is currently chairman of IBEC PPP Council. He is a civil engineering graduate from NUI Galway and has 29 years experience in the construction industry.

Paul Wilson
MD - John Sisk & Son Ltd UK
Paul joined Sisk in 1985 as a Project Manager/Surveyor in London from Laing Management Contracting. He became a Director in 1988, and subsequently has been involved with many of the company’s major projects in the UK including the Marriott County Hall, the refurbishment of Wembley Arena and the refurbishment of the Intercontinental Hotel on Park Lane.
Up to November 2008, Paul was Director of the Southern Region with turnover exceeding £100m, at which time he was appointed Managing Director of John Sisk & Son Ltd. He now heads up the UK operations with staff of over 400, revenues of over £200m and offices in St Albans, Birmingham, Bristol and Manchester.

Paul Hackett
MD - John Sisk & Son Middle East
Paul joined John Sisk & Son in 1979 as a graduate engineer. He worked on various projects in Ireland and overseas including Blanchardstown S.C., Liffey Valley S.C., Dundrum S.C, and Croke Park. He was appointed as Regional Director in Ireland in 1994 and to the main Board of John Sisk & Son in 2000. This year he was appointed as Managing Director of John Sisk & Son Middle East.
